Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager (Architectural) (Ref. No.: CPD/PM)

Our Property Development Department is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position :

Responsibilities

Coordinate, monitor and supervise property development project in high quality and within working schedule, work in conjunction with other team members and drive for effective teamwork

Be responsible for overall management and supervision of design, planning, construction works and associated sub-contracts coordination, in particular on their performance on work progress, planning of site activities, environment control, etc.

Solve site issues such as technical problems, drawing discrepancy, materials submission and alteration, and other issues related to Main Contractor

Monitor and execute budget control on development and project costs

Liaise with different government departments

Requirements

Degree or above in Architecture

Professional qualification such as HKIA or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in property development

Conversant with government regulations particularly in building control

Knowledge in AutoCAD, Building Information Management(BIM), MS project and PowerPoint is preferred

Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills

Self-motivated, mature, independent and be a good team player

Strong in design and administration skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese


Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager.
