Administrative Assistant (Ref. No.: CHK/MHK/TTD/AA)

Responsibilities

Provide clerical and administrative support including filing, data entry, report preparation, etc

Coordinate with internal and external parties for daily operation

Handle ad hoc projects assigned by manager

Requirements

HKALE/HKDSE or above

Minimum 1 year relevant working experience

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage

Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing

Immediate available is highly preferred
