Administrative Officer (Ref. No.: CHK/MKL/AO)

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing internal and external correspondence and maintain proper filing system

Assist in monitoring daily operations of administrative function

Provide all round administrative support to Maintenance Depots

Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor / District Manager

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any discipline

At least 3 years' relevant experience

Possesses good communication and organization skill

Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Immediate available is highly preferred
