Purchasing Officer (Ref. No.: CHK/OPR/PO)

Responsibilities

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing parts and equipment

Liaise with suppliers for price, delivery and product quality

Prepare and follow-up purchase orders and delivery schedule

Provide clerical and administrative support to the department

Requirements

HKALE / HKDSE or above

1 to 3 years relevant working experience

Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

Immediate available is highly preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Purchasing Assistant
