Senior Support Engineer / Support Engineer (Ref. No.: CNK/SYS/SSE)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for technical support of IP-PABX, legacy PABX and related communication servers 
  • Conduct products and technical evaluation
  • Support service engineer in project implementation and training
  • Assist sales team in tender documentation and proposal preparation
  • Participate in project management

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Engineering discipline
  • At least 3 years' solid work experience in network, telecom or engineering fields
  • Proficient in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking
  • Good communication skills, capable to maintain good customer relations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
