Estate Officer (Eastern) (Ref. No.: RFL/GEN/FVG)

  • Responsible for day-to-day operation
  • Handle complaints and enquiries of the customers
  • Oversee the performance of cleaning, security and maintenance works
  • Diploma or above in property management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in property management
  • Holder of valid Property Management License (Tier 2) or above
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Mature, independent and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Word & Excel and Chinese Word Processing
