Senior Estate Officer (Head Office) (Ref. No.: RFL/GEN/HQR)

 

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and monitor the day-to-day operation mixed portfolio with small scale residential / industrial / commercial buildings
  • Oversee the performance of security and cleaning service
  • Attend I.O. Meeting and/or Annual General Meeting
  • Arrange repair and maintenance work
  • Handle complaints and enquiries of the customers
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Housing Management, Estate Management, Property Management or related discipline
  • At least 3 years or above relevant working experience in property management
  • Experience in administration will be an advantage
  • Mature, independent and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese Word Processing
  • Work Location : Kowloon Bay
