Assistant Estate Officer (Eastern) (Ref. No.: RFL/HMG/AEO)

Responsibilities
  • Assist Estate Officer to monitoring daily property management issues
  • Handle complaints and enquiries of the customers
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Housing Management, Estate Management, Property Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year's working experience in property management
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese Work Processing
  • Mature, independent and good communication skill
