Building Services Manager (Ref. No.: CCCL/BSM)

  • Supervise two or more teams of building services engineers and monitor the overall building services process
  • Manage the site quality control and ensure all installations are inspected and recorded properly
  • Arrange installation programme, statutory submission and inspection schedule
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors during project execution phase and ensure the projects are delivered to the highest technical and safety standards
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and sub-contractors
  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • MHKIE / CIBSE / MIET qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations
  • Familiar with project coordination and site progress monitoring
  • Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and AutoCAD
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good leadership, a good team player and excellent communication skills
