Senior Customer Service Executive (Ref. No.: CNK/SCSE)


  • Handle customer enquiries, conduct maintenance case study and provide feasible solutions
  • Coordinate with Engineering Service team for the implementation of maintenance service plan
  • Draft the maintenance agreement / contract, supervise tender & quotation preparation and conduct P/L analysis
  • Monitor service quality and oversee service order progress
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above
  • 3 years' work experience in telecommunications industry
  • Independent, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Proficient in computer sofeware application such as MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
