Customer Service Assistant (Ref. No.: CTS/CSA)

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints 
  • Provide clerical support to call centre and maintenance service team
  • Promote company products to customers
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above with 1 year's relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Pleasant, patient, responsible and well-organized
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Immediately available is preferred
