Administrative Officer / Assistant Administrative Officer (Ref. No.: CHK/MKL/AO)

Responsibilities
  • Provide all rounded administrative support to Maintenance Depots
  • Assist in preparing internal and external correspondences and presentation materials for management meetings
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation system
  • Assist in monitoring the daily operations of administrative function
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor of the Departments
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Language Studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience
  • Possesses good communication and organization skill
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
