Administrative Assistant (Ref. No.: CHK/EOP/SSD/AA)

Responsibilities
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support including but not limited to maintaining an updated  database, managing the filing system, preparing business correspondences etc
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by manager
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1 year relevant working experience in construction industry will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
