Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support including document filing, data entry to the Department
  • Coordinate with external and internal parties for operational related matters
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above
  • 1-2 years' clerical experience preferably in Construction / Engineering industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is an advantage
