(Senior) Customer Service Operator / Customer Service Coordinator (Ref. No.: CTS/CSO)

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and complaints 

Support Call Centre in daily operations

Handle incoming calls and answer customer enquiries in professional manner

Requirements

HKCEE / HKDSE or above with at least 2 years' experience in customer service or call centre, fresh graduate will also be considered

Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Excellent phone manner and customer service skill

Pleasant, patient, responsible, efficient and well-organized

Immediately available is preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Customer Service Operator
