Since its establishment in 1986, Chevalier (E & M Contracting) Limited has built a leading position in the industry by virtue of its expertise. Chevalier provides a wide range of services including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, fire services, water supply and drainage, emergency back-up power supply systems, air conditioning equipment sales, commissioning and maintenance services. Chevalier has a full range of experience in design, supply and installation of building services systems, project management, repair and maintenance services. The company always offers quality services for different customers and delivers on time as required by each contract.
City University Building
Chevalier has won many customers' support and large-scale electrical and mechanical contracts in
Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China, such as Galaxy Macau Phase I, II & III, Wynn Macau and Wynn
Palace Cotai, City of Dreams, Grand Lisboa Hotel, Tsim Sha Tsui Gateway Phase II and Beijing
Henderson Center.
Chevalier has participated in a number of education institute and school construction projects,
such as the Kellett School (Kowloon Bay Campus) and the campus expansion of the Independent
Schools Foundation Academy. Chevalier is also a specialist contractor for public works projects
approved by the Development Bureau. It has participated in a number of major government building
projects such as the Central Reclamation Phase III, the Prince of Wales Hospital - Li Ka Shing
Specialist Outpatient Clinic, the Queen Mary Hospital Special Outpatient Clinic and the Hong
Kong Velodrome.
