Scope of Business
Chevalier Group set foot in the senior housing business in the US in 2011. In the past few years,
Chevalier Group completed a series of acquisitions and our portfolio now consists of 29 senior housing
properties in Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon and Washington with more
than 2,700 beds. We provide services ranging from assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing,
respite care and hospice care.
