其士集團於2011年進軍美國安老院舍業務，透過完成一系列的收購，現於美國密歇根州、內華達州、新墨西哥州、北卡羅萊納州、俄勒岡州及華盛頓州共擁有28間安老院舍，合共提供大約2,500個床位，包括協助起居、失智護理、專業護理、暫居護理及寧養服務。
