Chevalier (HK) Limited, a former holding vehicle of the Group, listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Participated in the Hong Kong Housing Authority's Private Sector Participation Scheme for the first time - Chevalier Garden in Ma On Shan.

Opened office in Shanghai, which is its first representative office in Mainland China.

1986-1990

Headquarters building at 45 Chatham Road, Tsim Sha Tsui renamed as Chevalier House.

Started Electrical and Mechanical Engineering business.

Started Automobile Dealership business and set up an office in Toronto, Canada.

Opened office in Guangzhou, Mainland China.

1988

Chevalier (OA) Holdings Limited spun off from Chevalier (HK) Limited and separately listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Chevalier Engineering Service Centre in Kowloon Bay was completed, with a total space of 180,000 sq. ft. and used exclusively by the Group.

Opened Thailand office.

Manufacturing plant of the Aluminium Windows and Curtain Walls division in Dongguan, Mainland China was established.

1989

Chevalier International Holdings Limited replaced the listing of Chevalier (HK) Limited on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, whereas Chevalier (OA) International Limited replaced the listing of Chevalier (OA) Holdings Limited.

Started Finance Service business.

1990

Launched Paging Services and opened the first "Chevalier Shop", its retail shop for consumer telecom products.

Opened USA office in San Francisco and started food products' distributorship and wholesale businesses.

Opened office in Beijing, Mainland China.

Chevalier Development International Limited spun off from Chevalier International Holdings Limited and separately listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Acquired Chevalier Warehouse Building in Fanling, Hong Kong, with a total floor space of 110,000 sq. ft. and used exclusively by the Group.

Started Civil Engineering business.

Headquarters moved to Chevalier Commercial Centre, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, where the Group occupies 160,000 sq. ft.

Chevalier Hotel - Jiujiang was recognized by the Tourist Board of Jiangxi Province as a four-star hotel.

Opened Chevalier Hotel - Dongguan in Mainland China.

Opened Chevalier Insurance Company Limited's Beijing representative office.

Purchased an 18-storey godown in Kwai Chung and started Cold Storage and Logistics business.

Chevalier Property Management Limited won the 2006 HKMA Quality Award - Bronze Award.

Started Car Dealership business in Chengdu, Mainland China.

Opened Chevalier Insurance Company Limited's Vietnam representative office.

2007

Acquired Igor's Group of restaurants to develop specialty restaurants and bars business.

Chevalier iTech Holdings Limited disposed of its information technology and related business to Chevalier International Holdings Limited, and renamed as Chevalier Pacific Holdings Limited with a focus on developing Food and Beverage business.

2008

Chevalier Thailand Office celebrated its 20th Anniversary.

The Group announced the formation of a strategic partnership with Toshiba Elevator and Building Systems Corporation to jointly develop the elevator business in Asian market.

2009

The Group acquired 49% beneficial interest in Jinjiang Generation International Hotel to further expand its business in Chengdu, Mainland China.

2010

Chevalier further strengthened its Food and Beverage business through the merger of Cafe Deco Group and Igor's Group.

40th Anniversary of the Chevalier Group.

Purchase of a cold storage godown at No. 8 Kwai Hei Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, and also land and buildings at Nos.29 - 33 Tsing Yi Road, Tsing Yi Island, New Territories.

Acquired 3 senior housing properties in Oregon, United States.

Chevalier Pacific Holdings Limited ceased to be a subsidiary of Chevalier International Holdings Limited after a reorganization.

2012

A jointly controlled entity of the Chevalier Group is granted the rights to develop a Urban Renewal Authority redevelopment site at Chi Kiang Street/ Ha Heung Road, To Kwa Wan, namely "City Hub".

Acquired 18 senior housing properties in North Carolina, United States.

2013

Acquired 2 more senior housing properties in North Carolina, United States.

An associated company of the Group acquired a Farming and Agriculture business in Australia.

Chevalier disposed of its remaining 20% equity interest in the Pacific Coffee Group to China Resources Enterprise, Limited.

2014

Disposed of Chevalier Engineering Service Centre at 21 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay.

2015

Completion of Phase 1 of Chevalier City in Changchun, Mainland China.

45th Anniversary of the Chevalier Group.

The Group kicked off a senior housing project in Hong Kong.

2017

The Group’s wholly owned subsidiary is granted the rights to develop a Urban Renewal Authority redevelopment site at 8 Fuk Chak Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, namely “Sablier”.

Acquired the residential properties at Nos. 292A-D Prince Edward Road West, Homantin, Kowloon for redevelopment.

An associate “Qi Yang Group” which is engaged in the Car Dealership business became the subsidiary of the Group.

Acquired 2 senior housing properties in Michigan, United States.

2018

The Group acquired properties at No.5 Hang Lok Lane, Shatin for redevelopment to further expand its Property Development business.

The Group expanded its investment portfolio in the United States from senior housing to medical and healthcare related properties.

Sponsored the Lunar New Year Fireworks Display for the third time.

2019

Acquired 10 senior housing properties in Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington, United States.

The Group developed a new wholesale food network in Canada to further expand its Food Trading business.

2020

Acquired 1 senior housing property in Oregon, United States.
