Responsibilities

Provide clerical and administration support to the Department

Responsible for ad-hoc duties

Requirements

Form 5 / HKDSE

1-2 years' clerical experience preferably in Construction / Engineering industry

Self-initiated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing

Immediately available is an advantage
