Customer Service Operator (Night Shift) (Ref. No.: CHK/MKL/CSO)

Responsibilities

Providing customer service support including handling incoming calls for elevator emergency repair service

Recording and updating data  

Providing general administrative assistance to the department 

Requirements

Form 5 / HKDSE or above

1 year experience in customer service field, experience in Hotline / Call Centre is a definite advantage  

Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Immediate availability is preferred
